Locked out of car in Publix parking lot. Called and was told technician would call with a price and be there within 25 minutes. Technician never called with a price and took over an hour to get there. About 45 mins in I tried calling to get an updated timeframe and didn't not get a call back. Technician arrived asked a few questions and said it would be $220 with a $40 service call charge!!! Of course it was cold and rainy so I didn't have many options since he was already 45 mins late. After he unlocked the door in seconds he also said it was a 8% upcharge if I didn't have cash. Which is ridiculous, this isn't the 90s. He also told me my total was $302 before I told him that was higher than the initially quoted price. Overall seemed very sleezy and taking advantage. 10/10 would not recommend.

Locked out of my Nissan truck at Kroger today. Called this company and was told that there was a small service charge less than 30 for coming and that the person would tell me what the charge would be when they arrived. Also informed me that I would receive a call from the person they dispatched - he never called. BUT HE DID ARRIVE. He looked at the truck, he asked several odd questions like could he stand on the hood and where the keys were located inside the truck. The driver door wasn't fully closed and he shoved it closed. I asked him why he did that and he said he needed it to be fully closed to open it. He than told me the charge would be $50 for coming and another $180 to open the door to the truck - TOTAL OF $230 to unlock a truck door!!!! Me being totally shocked asked him how long it would take. He said less than 15min which is $920/hr. He insisted I couldn't find someone to do it for less. A person in the parking lot overheard the entire conversation. I called another locksmith. They arrived in 15min and charged me $85 total (still outrageous when it took him less than 3min to open the door). This locksmith told me that if the door wasn't fully closed it would have taken less than 3 minutes. But the guy who wanted to charge $230 for 3min, in my opinion, was totally trying to take advantage of me. BTW, these entire events were witnessed by another customer (Jennifer) in the parking lot who, being also outraged at the $230 fee, offered to call AAA using her membership.

I needed to make a key for my daughters 2002 Isuzu Rodeo, there are no more Isuzu dealerships and in the past I haven't had any luck at normal re-keying places to get a car key made because they don't have the proper equipment. I was walking through my local Kroger store and saw the Key Me kiosk and decided to give it a try. It was surprisingly easy and the key was shipped to my house in a week. They work perfect! Thanks Key Me.
