Liars. They told me the space that I rented was enough for one bedroom. That is an outright lie. My mover scratched up my couch and and my table because they had a hard time getting the couch inside the building. I was told it was an outside unit everything was a lie. I am contacting an attorney do not believe anything they say and make sure you come and look at the unit before you rent one.

Billy was fantastic. He made the whole storage experience way easier than I expected. Super easy guy to work with, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The units were clean and well maintained, and I felt comfortable leaving my stuff there. You can tell he actually cares about the customers instead of treating people like a number. Would absolutely use this place again.

Billy made the entire storage process quick and stress-free from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The facility was very clean, secure, and well-maintained. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, and Billy definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!
