Jose Morales is above and beyond. Wherever you guys got him from go back and get more. He was super friendly on the phone. When I arrived at the facility he was kind and gracious. No joke I really enjoyed my encounter with him. Jose made me feel at home. The facility was clean near heavenly.

I just cannot fathom this company sometimes.
Reserve a unit last night that online says it’s available for vehicle storage. After reserving the unit I was immediately granted access so I decide to swing by and check it out. I won’t be parking a vehicle in there for a while, but needed to verify it would work before I load a garage full of Christmas decorations and storage in there first.
Could not fit a vehicle inside. Call the location this afternoon and speak to Jose who also tells me vehicle registration and insurance is required, I mention the vehicle would be under my brother’s name, so they say no that’s not allowed. No where on the website for parking guidelines is this stated that registration has to match the account holder. Guy continues to try and talk about other units while I repeatedly say if your registration policy won’t allow me to park the car, then this won’t work at all.
He then says he’ll get to closing out the reservation by the end of the day because he has to inspect the unit. The unit that’s 20 feet behind him. With nothing in it. And was not altered in anyway. Refuses to give me an accurate timeline on when a refund can be processed other than “end of day”.
This company is quick to take your money, but when they’ve falsely advertised their units, it seems like they’ll process a refund when they want to get around to it.

I came in to load some storage and was welcomed by Jose Morales the store manager with a welcoming smile. I came in for water and had left with an outstanding customer service experience. It was nice to not only be serviced but to really connect. I will definitely recommend this location.
