  I’ve been at this storage space for about a year and a half now. They’ve always been kind and communicative. I did have a problem with rat poop indicating a rodent and they immediately put traps down to address the matter. They’ve also been quite helpful with trying to lower my monthly payments with the regular rent increases which I read was industry standard for storage spaces. They’ve been very accommodating and have great customer service. The manager and assistant manager are great! I am quite happy with this location and would use them again!

  We’ve used Extra Space Storage for our child care center for the past 6 years, and the experience has been consistently great. Anthony, the office manager, went above and beyond to help us get everything squared away with our storage unit. His customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and it’s the reason we’ll continue using Extra Space Storage for years to come. Highly recommend!

  Wow! I was prepared to check out numerous storage facilities in Marietta, but this was my first & last stop. Tiara & Anthony were readily available to answer all my question, proudly show me units & walk me through the high-tech digital security process. This facility is immaculate, highly secure, competitively priced, conveniently located & very professionally managed. Exceeded all my expectations, convenienced me, saving me time & money. The unit even came with a Free high-end, stainless steel, shatter/cut/corrosion resistant lock. If your looking for worry free storage managed by professionals this is the place. Anywhere else is for amateurs.

  Within 3 months, my rent went from 79/mo to 141/mo. I understand increases after time, but that is wild. I was told it was due to the market price, but even their regular pricing outside of Internet specials were about the same as my original rent. I also did not receive any information relating to the increase. I was told they send a postcard, but I do not recall receiving one. When I called and spoke to a customer service representative, they agreed to lower the rent, but Anthony would not honor it. He said customer service was not authorized to do that. He said he would “enter a ticket”, but I never heard back from him and moved out before the next billing cycle. I had inquired about a smaller unit, but it was more than what I was paying and just seemed like more of a hassle to move everything only to have them increase it shortly after again. If you are a single woman, I’d also recommend bringing someone with you. Two stars are for cleanliness and accessibility.
