Waited an hour for an Internet order to be brought out. Customer service was no help. Second half of order was scheduled for pick it up at another store.
Lowe's, do better. Your system needs an upgrade.
Easier to shop at Home Depot.

After discovering the piece’s I needed are not being sold there, I inquired and was told by two employees and a manager that I could bring in materials to be cut. Two pieces of plastic glass needing one cut each. Would’ve taken maybe 10 minutes. I went in today to have that done and I was denied the service. I’ve shopped at Lowe’s for years. Spent hundreds, if not a couple thousand by this point and I expected this to be an easy task. Probably won’t be spending my money here anymore.

We purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s about a year and a half ago, and the ice maker has never worked properly. After sending a technician to inspect it, Lowe’s determined the refrigerator could not be repaired and approved a replacement.
Today, a delivery crew arrived with the replacement refrigerator but refused to remove the defective unit that Lowe’s sold us. I find it completely unreasonable that a customer should be left responsible for disposing of a defective appliance when the replacement is being provided due to a warranty issue.
My mother is 85 years old, and my brother is wheelchair-bound. We do not have the ability to move a refrigerator ourselves, and now we’re faced with the added expense of hiring someone to remove an appliance that should have been taken away as part of the replacement process.
To make matters worse, when my mother called to discuss the issue with the delivery supervisor, communication was extremely difficult and we were unable to get clear answers. While we were still trying to resolve the situation, the delivery crew got back in their truck and left without delivering the replacement refrigerator.
After waiting months for a resolution, we were left with the same broken refrigerator and no replacement. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from Lowe’s and will think twice before making another major purchase there.
