- HHHuntress5 days ago2.0I recently started back shopping there, despite mysocial anxiety, etc. Unfortunately though, when I picked up my last order, I waited at the curbside area for 2 entire hours. Although I saw other people come and go, being given their orders, the person who finally brought my items claimed that the system was not alerting the store to anyone's arrival. Because I was waiting for so long, I even re-checked in 3 different times. I arrived at around 12:47 PM, and did not get my order until almost 3 PM. When I got home, I received a message about saving more money on 'Military Day,' I believe. Well, I think this was my sign that I have spent too much, already. Surely, I have spent enough to have everything I need for my home and garden.

- BGBarbara GibsonMay 4, 20261.0Went in one time and looking for paint and a memorial day sale was goin gon. I even have a picture of the $110.00 off 1 gallon or $40.00 off 5 gallon pails. Furthermore, there was a buy one, get one 50% off Cabot stains, rebate form but no more forms were available. So we got up to counter to check out and were told that apparently the signage people failed to take down the sale signs and they were not valid. This is callled switch and bait and if a sign is left up the store has to honor it. We had all our paint mixed and they would not honor. We ask to speak with management who never came. I took pictures and forwarded problem to Home Office but of course they never responded. We walked out with no paint and will never do business with Lowed again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
