I thought I had a good bed with them but all week I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the broken boxspring and give me a metal one. I’ve been begging for a metal when they pushed. I wouldn’t want on me and it broke my back hurts so bad. I have medical issues. I think I might have to go to the hospital. It’s hurt my back so bad they won’t help.

This office has absolutely no customer service skills at all from the manger all the way down to the store employee Anthony. If corporate likes losing business which I'm sure they do not then explain to employees like Mr Anthony out of the Macon Ga. gray hwy office on how to treat customers of differences with the customer service that I'm sure Aaron's strides to be.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Manager named Nakiesha or something similar…VERY UNORGANIZED business in general! You shouldn’t have to wait a week for something customer paid for to arrive. Just for it to arrive and they send out a female and a male to not help move or deliver anything. Why hire movers with no experience. Disgrace
