  I would NOT recommend Aaron’s on Gray Hwy in Macon, GA based on the way my family and I were treated as new customers. My washer and dryer were supposed to be delivered yesterday. I was told on Monday that the driver would call me, but I never received a call from the driver. She later claimed that she had been at my house waiting for 15 minutes, which was not true. I received a call from the office, and I explained that I would be there in about 5 minutes. As I was pulling up, I literally saw the delivery driver speeding away. I called the office to explain what happened, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, the employee I spoke with was very rude and smart with me. As a NEW CUSTOMER, I could not believe this was considered acceptable customer service. I am pregnant and have two children, so obviously having a working washer and dryer is important for my household. My husband did not appreciate the way I was being spoken to, so he went to the store himself. Interestingly, they had a completely different person speak with him about the situation. He was told that the driver claimed she called me, but when he asked about it, the driver would not come to the front to verify that she actually made the call. My husband was then told to have me call the next morning to speak with the general manager. I called the next morning expecting the general manager to listen to my concerns and help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, she was VERY rude and unprofessional as well. She continuously interrupted me while expecting me to sit quietly and listen to her read notes about what supposedly happened. When I asked what number I could send a screenshot of my call log to so I could show that I NEVER received a call from the driver, she told me she did not want to discuss what happened anymore and asked what we could do to move forward either reschedule or cancel. I initially asked to reschedule, and she told me Monday. That did not work for me, so I decided to CANCEL my order completely. I also told her directly that I felt she was extremely unprofessional and rude. The most disappointing part of this entire situation is that there were MULTIPLE opportunities for someone to simply apologize, listen, and correct the issue. Instead, I experienced rude and dismissive behavior from more than one employee, including management. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS LOCATION. I would not recommend spending your money here until they have employees who actually want to provide good customer service and management that knows how to professionally handle customer concerns. I came to Aaron’s as a new customer ready to spend my money. Instead of receiving my washer and dryer, I received an unnecessary amount of disrespect and frustration. I took my business elsewhere.

  I went last week and ordered my dryer through this company. Unfortunately they never told me the dryer was not going to come with the hose and I needed to purchase my own in order to use my brand new dryer. I should have been told that in the store when I came to purchase the dryer. So for anyone that’s going to purchase a dryer through this company. THE HOSE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY OR INSTALLMENT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

  Don't shop here because the lady manager is so rude and inconsiderate and she going to disrespect the wrong person one day she needs to be fired because she's a very nasty and rude human being if I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!

  I had to call 800 number on them and they are still harassing me to the point of calling me at my job the rep there said she seen everything in the computer and the district manager will reach out how are you still calling me I didn’t like the stuff you have it back when you gonna fix your ppl I don’t understand you also lied about the date you got the stuff never again will I do business with you zero starts also they actually acted like I am in the wrong

  I thought I had a good bed with them but all week I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the broken boxspring and give me a metal one. I’ve been begging for a metal when they pushed. I wouldn’t want on me and it broke my back hurts so bad. I have medical issues. I think I might have to go to the hospital. It’s hurt my back so bad they won’t help.
