I have been meaning to write this review for a long time because Neekeela truly deserves the recognition. She is the absolute glue of this facility and provides the best experience I have ever had with a storage company—and I have used many different Extra Space Storage locations over the years.Neekeela has an incredible gift for remembering customers by name after meeting them just once. When she remembered mine, it made me feel valued and proved how much she genuinely cares about people.Recently, my rate tripled due to price increases, and I was fully prepared to move out. However, Neekeela stepped in, went above and beyond, and helped me find a manageable solution. Her exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills completely saved my business.Neekeela is a phenomenal asset with clear leadership potential. Frankly, if she ever leaves, I’m not sure I’ll stay!

The one complaint is that there were only 2 carts to use, if there were multiple people at the facility there wouldn't be any carts to use, that would cause you to have to bring your own or not have one at all.

I had a little anxiety when I arrived at the storage unit because I had no idea of the process and how to get in my unit. I called the number on the front door and immediately Chimere the assistant manager answered and said she was on the premises and would come down. She went above and beyond, taking me to my unit and showing me everything I needed to know to get in. She was absolutely God sent, an angel! Extra storage is brand new and so nice inside , I love the climate control and how the unit lights up when you walk inside. Chimere thank you for all your help this morning. I will definitely recommend Extra storage space to anyone looking for storage.
