We searched online, reserved a unit, and Mr. Jimmy called us within 15 mins to go over details and invited us to come tour the facility and unit we reserved (we weren't sure the size we needed). He walked us through the major and minor details while answering our questions. We ended up securing a unit that day. S/o to Mr. Jimmy for making the process so easy and seamless!
