  Will never go there again. Took my weed eater in for repairs. The first problem was that no one called and gave me an estimate, only that it was done. It cost $127, which I would have never agreed to for a machine this old, but if it was fixed, I was okay with it. Get it home and it ran for about fifteen minutes and died. Let it cool off, and got the same thing. They thought the carburetor that they replaced was bad, so they switched it out at no charge. Get it home, runs for 15 minutes and dies. Now they think its the rings. I felt bringing it back a third time was too much and offered to simply pay for the parts they already used and take a refund on the rest. I figured this was a fair settlement for a machine that they couldn't diagnose and that is still not running properly. They refused. There was no interest expressed in satisfying me as a customer who didn't get what they paid for, only tacking on more parts and more repairs. I was surprised that a company that has been in business this long had no interest in making it right and making sure that a customer walked away satisfied.
