Very unhappy with lowes credit. I paid my bill in full including the late fee, then got another finance charge the next month. They refused to waive the fees .very unfair credit practices .I closed the account and will never shop at lowes again!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES DELIVERY FROM THUS STORE. The delivery team can't get their act together and have incomplete deliveries. Buy your appliances and other larger items elsewhere. Only item worth buying is dirt.

i went to get one bail of straw, im disabled so i was told to go to loading area and someone would load it for me after waiting 15-20 min and going in onca more they are still not here im probably still here harry tried to help but he doesnt work this area i cannot believe that they are still unable to get somebody to help i would say that i would never come again but thats not true cause they wouldnt do anything to correct this issue

Ordered pick up late last night, it is now 8:25 almost 24 hours later and it's "still in progress". Go to customer service were they call someone to look for it, two from the sound of it, and she finally asked the special gentleman pushing a buggy up front and he says, "no I never found it". 20 minutes and zero communication. Every four or so years Lowe's and Home Depot swap lesser of two evils. I'll let you guess which is which right now.
