It is evident that writing reviews on this location is worthless after looking through all the reviews. Customer service for this location is nonexistent and doesn’t look like Lowe’s corporate is stepping in to fix it. I could not get help on simple questions as everyone I approached avoided me and I politely left my cart and went across the street to Home Depot. Looks like a standard lip service message follows each review. I like competitiveness so I will go to ACE or Home Depot where customer service is still a little existent.

I called the store to make sure they could cut a piece of wood to a specific measure and the employee said they could do it. We drove 35 minutes to the store , got the wood and asked 3 employees that were standing at the end of the hallway who could help cut the piece of wood the answer was “the machine is off well is not working “ I then said “ I just called and was told it could be done “ and the reply was” they don’t work the floor “ this topped with an attitude as if it was a bother that I interrupted their conversation. Personally I will never be back .

If I could give a minus star here, I would! Lowe’s in Loganville is AWFUL!!!! Friday I went to the Loganville, Ga store and I saw two ovens that were display models. They were marked at $524.75 and $449.75. I took them to the lady in appliances and she attempted to ring me up. However, she needed an over-ride. She called a manager over and she went and printed out two tags for the appliances making one double the price and the other $100 more. She asked if I wanted them for that and I said no!!! I said that I wanted them for the price that was on them to begin with. The manager of the store told me that he couldn’t do that and I said why not? I said they were clearly marked for that!!! He acted like I brought the papers in there and priced them! I feel like he should have sold me the products for the original price listed. I was treated like I made the mistake. The manager and another employee were very rude to the cashier that was trying to help me also. I called corporate and they were no help either!!! The manger said if you come back this weekend and they are still here that he would give me $100 off! Said something about his budget! I don’t care about your budget Charles!!!!
I have never had Home Depot act in this manner! I am very disappointed in the customer service that I received!!!

The absolutely worst place to shop. Microwave marked at a sale price. They would not honor that price. In fact, 3 of us were denied a sale at the sale price listed for 3 seperated appliances. One of the three had bought (paid in full) and left the store with.their stove. Took it home and were ordered to return it and pay a higher price! Discussed it with employee, assistant mananger and finally store manager. He told me he would not approve the sale. He said Come back next week and maybe. $114 was the disputed amount. They do not care. Go to Home Depot. If they will rip off the poor customer who had to return their stove (the couple spoke broken english. They were totally confused), they will do the same to you. Lowes is more concerned about their corporate boss than the customer. The only ones left shopping at the store will be the corporate boss.

Wow, where do I start. First, ordered multiple cabinets to have them delivered. They were not delivered in a timely manner. Second, I decided I needed one additional cabinet. I ordered this one online. It was delivered to the store rather than pay an additional charge to have it shipped to my house. It was several days late. I went to the store today, had to wait 15-20 minutes to have someone bring it out from the back. Placed it in my car and drove home. Took pictures of the box since it appeared it may have been dropped or smashed. Upon opening the box I found that the cabinet was cracked on the corner. Returned it to the store for a refund. Not sure I want to order from Lowe's again but I guess I'm stuck since I want a cabinet that matches the others. The only thing the return desk could say was that you may want to have it shipped to your house as they often have cabinets damaged when they are shipped to the store. They use different carriers. Very disappointed in the service.
