It's 7:00 at night and I tried to call about flooring to see if they sell a particular product I was transferred from customer service back to flooring then in a constant phone ringing loop it would go back to customer service they would pick it up not say anything and transfer it back to flooring here we are

DO NOT USE LOWES FOR FLOORING!! Incompetent delivery issues and NO customer service.....I ordered nearly $11000 worth of flooring from them, hardwood, and specifically put in my order notes to NOT deliver it outside in the weather as it would obviously be ruined. I have a bad back and can't lift. It needed to go inside, literally just inside the front door in the livingroom. Not up a second floor or anything difficult....The driver on my security camera shows up in a semi with a forklift, puts it on the front lawn and leaves with no signature. I call Lowes customer service and they agree that flooring and appliances should be delivered inside and the agent tells me to call the fulfilling store, Loganville Lowes. I call them and an Indian woman keeps picking up and saying, "service, hold please", after about 5 times of calling back she says she's getting a manager. 38 minutes on hold, she comes back and says, "can you hear me" like I know she can....then hangs up on me.

Worst customer service ever. They had me waiting for 40min to cut one piece of wood. I got tired of waiting and went to returns but there was no one there either so I had to wait additional 20mins to get it returned. At least that was faster that the wood cutting

So I try my best to be fair. Unfortunately this has been a horrific experience. First went to pro desk to get pricing on some appliances and Eye-Lyn was great. She then sent me to Rick to finalize the order. I paid for the appliances and then left. My guy feeling told me to check the receipt when I got home. He charged me more that the order that was on file not on one appliance but both. Another 30 minutes back to Loganville. Spoke to management they had to call him. Oh and did I say I couldn’t get a credit until items were delivered. I forgot to mention my house got flooded so I’m going through it. When the delivery arrived I couldn’t get it installed because there was debris n construction going on. Did not check the appliances just told them to put it down. Weeks later they gave me the wrong dryer. Not the one I had inquired about. That I took Rick n showed him what I wanted. So after realizing that it was wrong I was told by management it’s too late to do anything about it. So I called corporate. This is where you think I would at least got a decent human to talk to. Horrible Asheema answers the phone rudely. I guess I didn’t let her here my Jamaican accent. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she hissed her teeth not realizing that I know it meant profanity in our culture. I was put on hold for 51 minutes and no one picked up. I honestly understand why AI is taking over. I called and of course they gave me a $100 credit towards buying something in the store. I think being African American there’s more ways of taking advantage of is. As for Asheema you need training if you are continuing to be in customer service. As for Lowe’s you have lost a customer and if anyone ask I will tell of my experience. I pray this never happens to you. Check all your receipts from now on.
