Michelle was professional and polite. She was very knowledgeable when I asked her about different units, size and cost. It’s always a pleasure to see her when I walk into her office/front desk. The indoor unit that I rented was very clean and the temperature was cool for my belongings. Michelle left the keys and lock for me to pick up as she stated she would. Thank you Extra Space Storage.

My experience with this facility has been excellent. Most recently. I had an issue with my right and Michele was the employee who helped me get my reproduced, but she also gave me the impression that I was important and that she cared about helping me. She called me every time. She said she was gonna call me and she did exactly what she said she was going to do. She did indeed get my right lowered and was very kind throughout the process just this kind of customer service that is so rare nowadays and I want to noted that her customer service was excellent thank you Michele and thank you you ExtraSpace Storage
