Difficult parking. The unit I wanted had falling insulation. The manager was excellent about getting me into another unit. I wouldn’t be comfortable utilizing this facility after dark.

I've been a customer of Extra Space Storage since October, 2025. Ben and Teirra have been great in trying to accommodate whatever needs I had for storing my camper. Unfortunately, changes occurring at that location on Covington Hwy, meant having to find a new location. I was seriously thinking of just terminating and looking at other options, but Teirra found another Extra Space Storage facility just 3.5 miles further away. Then she, Ben and the store manager at the new location, Mr. Eddie, worked out a deal that I would keep my current rate for what I'd already paid for, and waived the administration fee and kept my senior discount. Mr. Eddie found me another great spot to park my camper. It looks like they are trying try to keep my future rate as low as possible, as I'm on fixed income. All in all, I'm feeling pretty lucky and would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone finding the need for storage space. At least I consider myself lucky to have linked up with these three customer service oriented people.
