went in 8/1 to purchase a $4000 zero turn, asked for my usual military discount, customer service girl said they don't offer military discount for lawn mowers she wasn't able to put in my order for delivery for some reason and had to call her manager to come do it. Manager came over and rung up my order and told me delivery would be on 8/6. 8/6 comes and i get no call, text, or email letting me know what time it would arrive so i call up but they had me on hold for over an hour. I drive back to the Lowes at 11:00 am and went to customer service, turns out they put my phone number in wrong, the email they put in on file was a Lowes employee's email. They try to put my right info in the delivery comments which they told me should arrive by 12:30pm. So go home and wait for this delivery, 2pm and no call or notification so i call up to the Lowes to see what happened. They told me the lawn mower was not in deliverable condition and the new delivery date is now 8/12. I tell them to go ahead and cancel and refund me. I went online and ordered the same zero turn with my military account and did in FACT get the 10% military discount applied. Ordered on 8/6, delivery scheduled for 8/9. This time they did email me the status of the order. If you are purchasing any big ticket items do it online and save yourself the time and hassle of this location. Still waiting on the refund and will dispute with bank if i don't see money back in my account by next week.
Edit: gave them another star because everyone was nice, but not a one of them knew what they were doing

Do NOT! hire Lowes and there rip off installation company "Service Pro's Installation Group"..They messed up big time in my home...right after I had to call the company and they sent a senior installer to redo....THEN!!! within 2 yrs the top level started to bunch up..After the 1 year warranty they wouldn't do a thing!!!!!..Neither did LOWES!!! I'm stuck with huge money wasted!..and no one takes responsibilty for there rip off work!!!!..RUN..DON'T WALK AWAY FROM LOWES AND THIS HORRIBLE INSTALLATION COMPANY.....Hey Folks!!!
