    I came to the store this afternoon looking for a window screen. As soon as I walked in, I asked an employee standing near the cashier for help. He told me to go to aisle 52, but when I got there, it was nothing but lumber. Another employee then directed me to aisle 49, saying there were many windows and doors there, but still no screens. A third employee told me to check aisle 51, and again I could not find what I was looking for. Finally, another employee sent me to aisles 28 or 29, where I only found blinds. I spent about 35 minutes going back and forth between aisles and still left the store without the item I came for. This level of customer service is frustrating and unacceptable.

    I’ve always had a pretty good experience at Lowe’s Other than my recent fridge delivery where they basically gave me a scratch and dent model for full price but haven’t called me back to make it right! Please have someone reach out to me. It’s been a week now. So I can’t give more than 2 stars for this.

    The worst location you can go shop at , they barely have employees and everytime I ask for help I have to wait at least 30 min for someone to show up and end up not much of a help and there reason is it’s not my department

    We ordered a patio set paid for it and paid for assembly. Supposed to be ready in 4 days. In the meantime they canceled it. Had to get a manager involved named David who went above and beyond and found us the set. Excellent managerial involvement.

    I had an amazing experience today at Lowe’s located at 4855 Stone Mountain Highway in Lilburn, GA. I came in working on a project that is very close to my heart—opening an internet radio station in Atlanta, Georgia to support local Gospel artists. I needed help with paint for the room, and honestly, I had no idea what I was doing. Thankfully, Mr. Ronnie stepped in and truly went above and beyond. He helped me understand the paint colors, measurements, and everything I needed to purchase for the job. He made a confusing process feel simple and manageable. What stood out even more was his kindness and patience. While waiting during the paint process, he took time to talk with me about some personal things I was dealing with and offered real wisdom and encouragement. I later found out he is also a teacher, which made perfect sense because he has a gift for helping people. Mr. Ronnie is a special person and a true asset to Lowe’s. If you ever visit this location and need help, ask for him. Great customer service, professionalism, and genuine care are hard to find these days, and he gave all three. Thank you, Mr. Ronnie!
