- LMLucy MortonJul 29, 20261.0The owner of the storage units is absolutely awful. He has been extremly rude and told a customer to drop dead. ( not exaggerating ) I asked him before he was leaving that day to please help me unlock the unit after driving 5 hours 1 way.. I paid for the storage unit that month & he says rudely I can’t promise you anything. I was promised the day before I would be able to get in the unit and he finally opened it with a different type of lock. All he wants is your money and can’t even have a conversation. I tried being nice then I got ugly back & said you damn sure will open it bc I had someone driving from 4 hours away one way to buy everything in 2 units. The man only wants your money and should never speak to a customer that way
