- MLMelanie LawhonJul 22, 20263.0I bought a dryer had it maybe two weeks brand new stopped working they came and got it didn’t bring me a loaner for almost 2 weeks or so then I’ve called five times in the last 2 1/2 months and my dryer is still not fixed friendly people, but too slow about fixing your stuff. Needless to say they can keep the new dryer. I will no longer be paying for it.

I applied to get a tv but was denied so my fiancé applied when he got off of work and even though he was approved online, camira said they couldn’t accept it becaue it was “weird” He came in and applied after me. She couldn’t give us a legit reason other than it was weird. Really bad experience. This store needs to take customers serious and pick managers who are more patient and understanding
- SDSamantha DudleyDec 17, 20201.0We were buying a computer from them and the exact same computer we got at walmart for $400 where they wanted almost $1200 before interest, so we called them to come get the one that we were buying from them and they were suppose to come pick it up last Friday, then on Friday morning they called and said it would be the following Thursday before they could pick it up. Well today is the following Thursday that they were suppose to pick it up and after i sit around all day and wait on them for them to call and say it will be tomorrow, i am beyond mad right now, this is not away to do business. Plus they didnt even give me an estimated time frame of when they will be here. If I didnt make a payment they would be here asap to get it but when you want to return it they give you a run around about getting it.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
