- STSarah Torres2 days ago5.0Stopped at to Lowe’s to buy a new fridge and Don was able to help me out. We ended up buying an oven as well which wasn’t planned. Don was super nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for any appliance needs in the future.
- SHSamantha HollandMay 11, 20261.0Just go to Home depot. Waited over a half hour at the paint department, no one behind the desk. Entered in my paint sample requests at their self service kiosk. Had to go over the the registers twice to ask for assistance- the sweet lady paged out twice for someone to come and said “they are on their way” twice. Finally someone strolled up, didn’t even acknowledge myself nor the other woman who have been waiting. Just leisurely started on the paint orders. No apology for the wait/inconvenience. Not sure if this is their norm… I don’t usually come here but decided I’d try it. Won’t be coming back. Hope they can improve.

- SSStewartMay 2, 20261.0Acworth Lowes was "low Service" today with an outdoor cashier(C) having no knowledge of what products were in stock 20 ft from her station! I located the product advertised online myself & showed her where they were located. During checkout, she never acknowledged my military service, even though she entered information on CPU. I also had to bag the products myself. Maybe if she would remove all the hooks & staples in her face, she could concentrate on serving customers appropriately? However, she would make an acceptional fishing partner or if someone needed stitching a wound! Horrible experience today Lowes! Train your peeps please!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
