This is my first time having a storage unit and when I showed up to check it out for the first time, I was so nervous about what to do and where to go. I made it to the office and was greeted by the absolute personification of sunshine! Chantel was so sweet and she was SO helpful! She made me feel comfortable and showed me exactly what I needed to do and told me how to get to my unit. When I got to my unit, I couldn't get my door open (the bottom was stuck) and when I called the office, Chantel immediately jumped into action and came to my rescue to get my unit open. Absolutely loved my experience!!
