He made the entire move-in process quick and stress-free, explained everything clearly while setting me up for a storage unit over the phone, and even came out personally to show me exactly how to use the lock, which I really appreciated. The rates were the best I found, and the facility itself is very clean, secure, and air-conditioned, which made a huge difference while moving my belongings in. The flat dollies provided helped a lot because I could stack a lot of boxes on them and move them all at once. The whole process was incredibly easy and organized from start to finish. If you’re looking for great customer service and a smooth storage experience, definitely ask for Ed … he goes above and beyond! Don’t forget to refer your friends and family! They will be glad you did.
