- DJDelia Jones4 days ago5.0I like to take this time to thank Debbie Anglin, Manager of Extra Space Storage. I went to organize my unit and left in a lot of pain. I don’t know if Debbie knew that I was in a lot of pain, however, I didn’t secure the lock on my unit. Later, within an hour of leaving,, I received a message from Debbie letting me know my unit wasn’t secured. Well done Debbie! I appreciate your excellent management skills in helping me keep my unit protected. I also like to thank Debbie for helping me work out a renewal plan. It’s been my pleasure working with Debbie Anglin. Keep up the good work Debbie!

The facility is nice and well kept, the staff is incredibly helpful and the move in & out process was super easy. Moving out I had Courtney help me because in the cross country move I lost my keys to the unit. She was so helpful in getting me the forms to cut the lock and then actually getting the job done. She really made moving out less stressful and was just so kind and nice. Thanks guys!!
- SCSherri CainApr 28, 20265.0I’ve had a very good experience renting a space at Extra Space Storage. First of all the lady at the call center was extremely helpful. When she saw that I was concerned about the price of one, she found another one for me at a very good discount. The whole process was very smooth then immediately afterwards I got an email stating everything that we had done in my account was set up and I had all the instructions and she helped me through all of that. The next thing I received was a text message from Debbie Anglin from Extra Space Storage located at 4105 George Busbee Pkwy, Kennesaw GA off Wade Green exit. She welcomed me to the Extra Space Storage, told me where my unit was located, told me how to use the app and the gate code and where to park and we are not to park. She was very very helpful. So far I’ve had a really good experience with Extra Space Storage, and I would recommend them. It’s month-to-month rental and they have all sizes. Thank you Debbie for your help and very personable attitude!
