  I’ve picked up from a lot of storage facilities through auctions, and I have to say this one really stood out. The cleanliness alone was beyond anything I’ve seen before. Marlena was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was pretty scattered that morning, but she stayed patient through my ADHD chaos, kind, and helped me get everything sorted without making it stressful. Just genuinely helpful and pleasant the whole time. Definitely a five-star experience

  I have rented at these facility for multiple years. The problem came when the new management took over about two years ago. The first thing they did was raise the rent so much. Even since then, all they do is raise the rent even more than the market rate if I were to walk in and rent at a non-promotional rate. 08/15/2023 $106 Today: Due 04/14/26 $224.00. You can see there is over a 100% increase. Before the new management, the increases were never like this. I regret renting here because of the new management. In fact, the old manager said she would not raise my rent for a year when I move into my new unit. The new management did not seem to know or care about it. They made other changes like locking the bathroom and, in general, it is just not as client friendly. Unfortuately, I had already been stationed overseas when they came, or I would have moved out. I highly recommend not renting here for this reason. They only care about raising rent and they deal unfairly. As far as the facility, it is spacious, clean and easy to enter. If you read other honest reviewers, you will see many experienced the same as me. Update: I did contact them to not raise my rent this month from $204 to $224 and to keep it at $204 but they refused and said they could not lower it. Please everyone note this. They gave a misleading response because when I contacted them as requested in their response, they would not lower my recent increase. This shows their true colors. It is this facility in particular that is so bad not all of Extra Storage is like this. I had been renting at a different branch across town and never had this problem of expediential and unfair rent hikes way beyond the market value of the unit. I only moved here before I was stationed overseas because a family member was nearby. It is truly outrageous. They are not even polite in their wording - never a thank you for being a customer, etc. Again, avoid this facility until the management is changed!!
