  I would recommend just buying your furniture full out if you can. I have been paying my payments on time since I’ve been a customer at this store. There has been a few times where I asked for an extension to pay it on my upcoming date and u always paid it! ( maybe only three tomes) . I recently had a family emergency and had to move a few states away. I had to take leave at my job and wasn’t able to find work where I was heading to for my family emergency. I called the store and let them know they told me there’s nothing they can do about it and that I had to make the payment. I asked if I could do partial payments or pause my account until I was back in my hometown they said no. I had to borrow money from a family member and at this point my account had all the late fees on it. The people at this store don’t listen to anything and they prefer to talk over you and tell you what you can and can’t do. I have a few payment left on my account and when I’m done I won’t be ever purchasing from here again. EVER! I think the manager here , Melinda if I’m correct is very very rude and she likes to talk in a very rude manner. I’ve spoken with her multiple times and I thought it was just how she spoke so I ignored it but overtime it’s become very clear that she’s just rude! Again I won’t be purchasing anything from here again . The website clearly states that I could do partial payments and if I have tricky making Pathan’s call the store and they’ll help figure it out. All she tells me is that I need to make a payment or else she’ll have them come and pick up their items. If I wasn’t 18 out of 24 payments then I would’ve said ok and kept it pushing. But I’ve been paying and doing pretty well with doing it on time I would think she’d be a little more understanding and try to come up with solutions instead of adding snarky remarks.

  If I could give zero I would. Melinda needs a class in customer service. This lady called me and was SMACKING on the phone MOUTH FULL OF FOOD. This is very disrespectful !! In my culture you do not talk with your mouth full especially to someone who is a customer to you. I will not be returning back to buy anything. Even if your payments are up to date the will call call call, even if you are at work they will call. Melinda has no ethics or customer service, which is blowing my mind that she is in charge on finances. Don’t buy from here unless you want broken items and overpriced junk that is going to break after the first week of ownership. Update. Everyone at the store knows I am the one who reported and has an attitude with me each time and they are still contacting me even though I put a no contact from the higher ups. I would not get from these people again. Take some corrective criticism and do better 🤷🏼‍♀️

  AARONS NEEDS MORE MANAGERS LIKE DAKOTA ! Dakota in the Hiram store has been so amazing, I actually had a unexpected death in my family and he helped me work around my payment so I was able to help my family with funeral cost and still keep my product Definitely looking forward to doing more business here !

  I had a fantastic experience at this store because of two exceptional employees. Sam and Carlos, the manager. I financed a computer from them and I absolutely love it! I was so amazed that they were able to work with me and help me re-establish my credit. I was even more amazed that they approved me for the nicest computer that I have ever owned! The thing that made the whole experience so memorable though was the fact that Sam and Carlos were both so sincere and honest. They really did care about helping me. I appreciate that so much and will recommend Aarons to all my friends and family because of them. Thank you Aarons for getting it right with Sam and Carlos. Please recognize them for doing such a wonderful job. In sales the thing that people desire more than anything else is for someone to really care. To care about them. Sam and Carlos deliver that kind of service. They deserve your business.
