Worst customer service. Asked one associate for help getting help in tools. They waited over 5 minutes to actually call over the radio for an associate. An associate was in the aisle next to us so we asked them for help and their response was "oh someone else is on the way". The associate that eventually came to help was pretty short with us... overall one of the worst experiences I've had. Mind you the store wasn't busy at all.

Well stocked standard Lowe’s, but customer service sucks. Asked for help and was just told “people should be there” when they weren’t by a Keaton. Spencer and his homie (didn’t get his name) pulled up and saved the day upon a code 1 being called.

I am a little bothered by my recent visit to Lowe’s here in Hinesville. I came looking for items I found those items. I went up to pay for them. One of the items was the only item left in the box was damaged. All I did was ask the attendant upfront what the return policy was if I got it home and something was missing. She took it upon herself to offer a discount because it was the last one and because the box show damage. I wasn’t even looking for a discount nor am I looking for one now. However, when she wasn’t able to do it, she went to look for somebody else to do it. When she found one person and then another person came over who didn’t greet us came right over grab the box cut it open said you’re good and walked away. For one how rude and disrespectful for two what great customer service that was. No greeting didn’t take the box up. Didn’t even ask me any questions again this season even about a discount again, I have to clarify because apparently some folks may think that this is what this is chasing. All I’m saying is better customer service and next time let your employees know not to offer something if it’s not going to be upheld. Let alone no explanation from the manager on sorry I do apologize that she offered that we can’t do the discount something or the other like that even if you would’ve just been courteous and spoke, I would’ve been fine with that and I wouldn’t be making this bad review.

On 3Aug2026, I went into Hinesville Lowes to buy a new Dishwasher for my Home. Upon arrival, my wife and I met with Ron in Appliances, who was very nice and showed us what he had on the floor. We selected a Midea, Model# MDT24P3CST. Ron, was very nice and explained all the options of the Dishwasher and provided some DIY for installation tips. Ron, also Helped us load it in the truck. Bottom line, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he represented. I just wanted to give an Atta-Boy to Ron and thanks for his help.

We had a terrible experience today, Lowe’s lost my business completely. We are regular pro customer from past 5 years. We were never treated this way. Cashier Alicia is the worst employee and rude as hell. After the total will was made . We asked her to add 30 pc of SOD. She said item # is not showing in system can you to get it, she was not willing to find item# or call someone on walkie to get the item# OR even to call STORE MANAGER. How difficult it is to call your manager???
Infact she said you guys figure out how to get item # or go to garden to pay and moved to other register to finish the line ..

We are still here at register waiting to pay. That was very disrespectful of her to treat a customer in that way.
Lowe’s need to check her background, she must have been fired from previous employment because of this behavior.
I will definitely need a manager to call me back or this will go to corporate office tomorrow morning.
