I’m not sure if they still have the water fountain here but the garden is always well taken care of. Beautiful flowers. I love to come here and just look around the garden material and relax. It never noisy beside the typical machinery. Customers aren’t usually all in the area at once. And the prices are extremely expensive.

Poor management and lack of support with appliance purchase.
After settling for our third choice of washer and dryer due to inability to deliver or lack of stock despite advertisement online, the delivery driver showed up without the dryer. We were informed it was not at the warehouse and we would have to call for another delivery. Turns out the driver also failed to properly install the washer, which was so off balance the door opened during the spin cycle spilling water all over the floor. Now we have a nonfunctional washer and no dryer.
Never had this issue with Lowes before. Do not recommend this store.

As the Hinesville (Georgia) store is my local Lowe's, I truly wish I could have had a more pleasant experience. Lowe's prides itself on friendly, responsive, and available employees, but it is a toss up whenever I go. They seem to be consistently aloof whenever I visit.
Today, I came in looking for a specific set of bolts and nuts. I spent 30 minutes on Aisle 3 scanning the myriad options. I never found what I needed, nor was I approached by a single associate. I finally went to Customer Service to ask for help; the cashier paged a "Code One on Aisle Three" over the intercom. I waited patiently for another 15 minutes, but the only ones who came down the aisle were themselves unaccompanied shoppers displayimg that same crease between the eyebrows as they searched fir what they needed. Still, no one showed up for any of us. I decided to leave empty-handed. Perhaps my money is no good at Lowe's. Ironically, on my way out, I passed several red-vested associates ambling about, dutifully fulfilling other tasks.
There is a lot of talk about humans being replaced by AI in the workforce, but the complete lack of attentive staff at this Lowe's feels like it's already happening—whether by corporate design or total neglect.
When consumers realize they cannot reach a human being for basic assistance, brand loyalty evaporates. Customers rarely stand in line to complain to a manager anymore; they just leave. People refuse to tolerate the friction of an unsupported sales floor, and it is incredibly easy to shift long-term spending to competitors. Walking out, I couldn't help but hear a certain jingle in my mind: "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks."
