I went in for a instacart order and stood in the same isle waiting for help 20 minutes straight before the same lady i asked at first if she worked that area , comes to the isle and ask if i been helped then proceeds to open up the glass so i can get my item.. furious isn’t the word. i will not be back. i even went and took a bathroom break.. there was still no one there to help until i started getting frustrated telling the workers i need help and to call someone to come to my isle.

I hear them call a manager to go outside to unlock it, I wait inside, sometimes outside, I go back in to keep asking and still same result. I’d much rather them to switch to a self service like Walmart across the street. Other than that, store is good.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
