I travel constantly for work, and instead of trying to work with me, they filed a lawsuit. I’ve already paid close to $2,000 toward this refrigerator, so it feels like they weren’t interested in giving me the opportunity to catch up. Instead, it feels like they’d rather take the refrigerator back and lease it to someone else. To make matters worse, they originally delivered the wrong refrigerator, which left my family without a fridge and without a way to keep our food cold for quite some time. Despite that, I’ve always made an effort to make my payments, even if they’ve sometimes been late. What disappointed me the most wasn’t just the lawsuit—it was the way I was treated. The manager spoke to me in a condescending and pretentious manner, making me feel belittled instead of trying to understand my situation or help me find a solution. Customer service should never make someone feel that way. Ironically, I called several other Aaron’s locations, and every one of them was kind, respectful, and willing to discuss different options. That showed me this experience wasn’t representative of every store, but it certainly reflects poorly on this particular location. I understand that business is business, but treating customers with dignity and respect should always be part of that. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
