  I called them earlier today after the other appliance company bailed on me for the second time. They were very friendly in the office and the technician sent out was very friendly as well. The AAA technician found the issue fixed it and now the dishwasher is working now. I will definitely use this company again

  I had an outstanding experience with AAA Appliances. Tom was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, but Tom went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, and I truly felt valued as a customer. If you’re looking for appliance service from local people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend AAA Appliances.

  My husband and I “tried” to use this company. We were met with not only a rude “repair man” but we were also met with a very rude , unprofessional receptionist. We are very disappointed, dissatisfied and overall just let down by an establishment that not only offered zero help in my situation but berated us for being upset with how rude they are. Just a very confusing interaction when, all we needed was help with our appliance .
