DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION...The absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my life and I pray that this review save as many of you from the frustration I've experienced with Lowe's Fayettville, GA. location and Lowe's in general if they are operating like this. I ordered a washer and dryer set with accessories on June 27th, 2026 that was scheduled to be delivered the following Monday, June 29th for which I was told someone needed to be at the residence to receive the delivery and installation. I took off work on that day just for no one to show and upon calling in, I was informed that they forgot to put my items on the box truck that goes out only on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, therefore the items would now arrive on the following Wednesday. We'll, Wednesday came and still no delivery so upon calling in to check the status of the delivery and waiting over 15 mins for someone answer the phone, I was informed that the order had not been scheduled for delivery yet. When I questioned the young lady who passively answered the phone call, why it hadn't been scheduled when it was suppose to have been delivered two days before she unprofessionally hung up the phone. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable doing business with a company/location displaying such incompetence and unprofessionalism and wanted to cancel my order and shop elsewhere, particularly with such a significant amount of money on the line. Not willing to endure anymore unprofessionalism and frustration from this location, I called to the corporate office to see if I could get answers regarding the delivery and ultimately canceling the entire order so now it's back to square one for me. Home Depot it is from here on out unless I have a similar experience there. Add to that, after sharing with colleagues and associates my experience with the Fayetteville, GA and Newnan, GA locations, it was no surprise that several of them stated that they had similar experiences with these locations as well. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER SHOP AT LOWES AGAIN...Hire better quality employees or pay them more so they will have more respect for what they do and the customers they serve. If I could give no star I would👎🏽...LOWE's should be ashamed and reevaluate their business model.
