    I wanted a rug for my bedroom. I had a stroke and there was no one around to assist in lifting the heavy rolled up rugs. It was a struggle! You need more workers in that store. No one should almost get injured when trying to help themselves.

    This At Home location has gotten much better over the past few months. The store has lots of selections for every area of your home. Also the store is always well organized and they have great customer service.

    If I could assign this establishment a zero rating, I would. I am compelled to write this review because I recently exited the store after the manager permitted another customer who was not in line to proceed to the checkout counter before the next customer in line; myself. The manager Demitra failed to inform the customer of this action. The customer would have to wait until the manager completed the transaction with the next customer before proceeding. The manager did not offer an apology. She waited until she had finished processing the customer’s payment before apologizing and then lied directly to my face, claiming that she did not notice me standing in line until she made direct eye contact with me before ringing the customer out. Her handling of the situation was highly unprofessional, and her apology lacked sincerity. The customer even inquired if she would prefer to proceed with checking me out, but she responded NO that she had already entered her information into the system while then slightly looking up at me to see if I heard her. This incident highlights the unfortunate state of the retail industry, where establishments prioritize hiring individuals with minimal qualifications over those who possess professionalism. The at-home store does not conduct thorough background checks or assess candidates’ skills and experience. This approach has resulted in a decline in the quality of customer service, making it difficult to find establishments that offer traditional and courteous service. They wonder why Amazon is dominating the market.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
