The delivery man left the washer in the living room and did not remove the old washer or attempt to put the new washer in my laundry room. There is no phone number to call the delivery people nor did they try to call me about the situation. There is nothing wrong with my plumbing as was told to my family member because I have checked all faucets that do not leak and is no problem with installing the new washer. I call up the Lowe’s in Evans Georgia to speak to McKayla. She’s supposedly transferred me to a manager that never answered never rang, and it went back to her. She took down my information and hung up on me before I got through telling her the entire problem.

During my visit, I observed several employees who appeared disengaged and were not proactive in assisting customers. In addition, the professional appearance of some staff was concerning, as visible undergarments detracted from the standard of professionalism one would expect. I also experienced a significant delay while attempting to make a purchase in the grill section. Despite requesting assistance multiple times, I waited an extended period and ultimately left without completing my purchase. This location would benefit from stronger management oversight, improved employee engagement, and a renewed emphasis on professionalism and customer care. That said, there are employees, such as Kenny in the hardware department, who clearly take pride in their work and provide excellent, professional service.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
