  I have used this Leslie's location since moving to this area and have always had good service which is why I was confused today. I took a pool sample to Leslie's. A small boy, perhaps 10 years old, took the sample, and did the analysis on it. There was also a small dog in the store. I told the employee I was allergic to dogs. She said it was hypo-allergenic and stayed behind the counter. While I was waiting for my water analysis, the dog rubbed against my left leg. I told the employee and she got the dog away from me. However, by the time I got home I had a rash on my leg. Since when does Leslie's employ small children to do a water analysis and allow dogs to roam about the store? This, in my opinion, is unacceptable. Unless it is absolutely imperative, I do not want to return to this store.

  I dropped off my pool cleaning robot 3 weeks ago, they told me there were a few in front of me so I was patient, 2 weeks ago they said I was next, I have been calling every other day since, today they told me they still haven’t even looked at it, I went to the store and took my un-repaired robot home. I bought my robot at your store and I will advise everyone I know to avoid your awful customer service.

  The float I bought from here just EXPLODED! All 3 of them! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
