  I had a good visit with Kristen on Saturday. She Understood what I needed and we worked well together. I have gotten several pieces from Lazy Boy and appreciate the attention that is given to help find what I am looking for.

  We were welcomed by each employee. Charlie Creech, asst sales manger, helped me and my daughter explaining all details concerning spraying the fabric sofa for life time protection, home delivery or pickup. Very nice person.

  Kristin was my salesperson. I had looked at recliners several years back. I needed it then, but the one I needed would take six weeks. I was pleased to work with her again, found just what I needed! While she was showing me chairs, my friend also found a recliner! She is an asset to the company.

  I stopped in to see about getting a new tabletop for our Canadel table. The salesperson was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. She got the new top ordered and it came in before schedule. Scheduling a delivery was a breeze. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

  Power went out first night I owned it. The battery pack that is supposed to help me get back to sitting position didn’t work. I’m 65 so I wigged my way out of the chair checked batteries and they were fine, put in new batteries still didn’t work. I contacted the sales representative who sold me the chair and he just told me call service. Nice guy but I don’t appreciate the lack of after the sale service. Yes I bought it off the floor expecting the chair to be problem free but bottom line is if you buy the floor model then it’s as is. They only sell furniture off the floor if they have a replacement. So here’s my thinking. Why wouldn’t they sell the chair from the warehouse brand new. I believe they sell the one off the floor because it’s basically a used chair, I have purchased 3 chairs from Lazyboy in the last 10 years since I’ve live in Georgia, everyone has had issues ( power) I’ve owned Lazyboy recliners for more than 40 years but they were manual with a handle only one handle broke after years of use. Take it for what it’s worth. You can beat the comfort but I question the quality and workmanship here in America it’s just gotten worse.
