Buying my second unit from Mr. Francis, and he makes the process totally seamless and enjoyable. Had went to a previous one closer to my house, and they were too hard on me when the promotion was up, but had nothing in the unit the whole time, and made it harder to leave; luckily corporate took care of it, but other then that they did a good job.
