  I went to this Hobby Lobby looking for Christmas diamond paintings because my usual store hadn’t received the new ones yet, and I was honestly so surprised by the variety they had! They had so many cute options, along with so many other things that caught my attention. This was my first time visiting a different Hobby Lobby than my usual one, and I was really impressed by how diverse the selection was. I ended up loving so many things and definitely found myself wanting to come back again! The staff was also very nice and helpful, and the store was extremely clean, organized, and easy to shop around. 🧡

  I had a bad in store experience at the Dunwoody, Ga location. I came to puchase a light up gaming sign for my son’s upcoming 5th bday. In the clearance section there were two "Game On" signs. One kind of looked like it was returned because the USB cord was out of the box. I took the other and waited in an extremely long line. Another cashier came and I was told to switch lines. When they rang up the sign it was regular price. They called over Danielle who looked it up. She said it was regular price that if it were on sale then it would have had a red sticker. Both were in the clearance section. According to the clearance pricing sign it was supposed to ring up $2.75. She extremely dismissive and would not honor the price. She was like another customer could have put it in the wrong place. I was like both items together in the wrong same place? She was like yes. I said okay and left. I'm not going back and forth with anyone. She has poor customer service skills. She needs to be coached. Like I said the wait was extremely long. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. This store is being run poorly. There weren't enough cashiers and the recovery/organization of the store needs improvement. I will not be shopping at this location anymore. Since the anchor store Walmart closed this area has been a ghost town. It is no longer convenient to come to this area when a cluster of stores aren't there. Especially when the customer service is so poor. Please do better.

  Wanted to get a flower arrangement and found all flowers for 40% off. Excellent deal in excellent customer service. Will include photos when I complete the arrangement.

  I love this Hobby Lobby, I’m an artist and come here a lot. Today (July 24, 2026 around 6:40) during my experience I was very disappointed with the treatment of a coworker. I was in line for about 20-25 minutes watching this one girl check out customers. She was doing her best and working her hardest. what was disappointing was seeing two different coworkers walk up and see her line super long and refused to help. About 20 minutes passed as the same two coworkers walked by, until one called the other on the speakerphone to come help check out the long line. To the young Asian lady working today, thank you for your hard work, I saw you were stressed and kept your composure and professionalism. To the other two ladies, shame on them.
