    Great selection of items, but they're way behind on inventory management systems. You can't see what they have in the store from their website, so you either have to call, wait 5+ minutes for them to answer, transfer your call to the correct department, then go check the inventory, or you can go to the store in-person and do the same thing. In 2026, that's woefully inadequate.

    Check your receipts! I had to return to this store twice in one day because I was overcharged. The first time, I noticed I was overcharged on two items (charged regular price for a 40%‑off item). I was still in the parking lot right after purchasing, so I went back inside and alerted the same cashier who checked me out. The cashier apologized, but I asked her to make sure everything else was correct because I bought 27 items and most of them were 40% off or clearance. The cashier refunded me the difference and said everything else was correct. Then I drove 20 miles home and noticed I was charged full price for a clearance item that was supposed to be 50% off. I’m not sure how the cashier missed this because the clearance sticker was bright orange. Anyway, I drove back to the store right then and there and asked for a refund of the difference. No one apologized to me or showed any sympathy for the fact that I had to come to this store three times in one day.

    I’ve been a customer for this location for many years and never have I encountered a manager like Sherry. Some people should not work in customer service if you have poor customer service and friendly people skills.
