  Today I walked into the laundromat feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and terribly stressed. Chandra greeted me with a smile and helped set me up to get all my laundry needs taken care of seamlessly. I had no idea how much her I needed her kindness. It’s been a a stressful time lately and Chandra’s help today allowed me to forget about my problems and focus on what’s good in my life. I am so happy I came by to do laundry today. Thank you, Chandra!

  CHANDRA was an amazing help when I first arrived, And continued to help me with whatever I needed the entire time I was here very grateful. She showed me how to get a card how to add money to it and what machines would best suit, but I was washing. I appreciate her help and will definitely be returning. 😃😃

  Clean. Well kept. Friendly. Fast turnaround (at least today!). Dropped off my king size mattress pad. She let me drop off without buying a $15 fabric laundry bag with their logo on it. She said she was supposed to sell them for drop off services. I felt that was just exorbitant. When I picked up she said next time i would have to purchase a bag. I ask what was the benefit. She said the company wanted the shelving behind the counter to look neat and uniform. I left thinking, “Yeah, I bet they do! $15?? I’ll go elsewhere next time.” BUT… when I got home and looked at my high dollar mattress pad that my construction man had stained so bad?? Wow!! 🤩 SO CLEAN. I’ll buy a bag next time. And I won’t even give you a hard time! 😊

  Speed Queen Laundry is my go-to spot for laundry. I've been coming here since 2020, and for good reason. The facility is always spotless and the equipment is in great working order. A special shout-out to Lus, who keeps everything running smoothly and is always there if you have questions. It makes such a big difference to have a clean, organized space to do laundry. Five stars-Lus is very kind and helpful.

  I don't like when businesses enforce things upon you financially and you don't even get what you're expensively paying for. That's exactly what this laundromat chooses to do: they're charging too much of a high pricing for washing and drying here. For example I only have two small loads when I go washing cause it's just Me and they're charging $4.30 for the small washers here and when I go to certain other laundromat it's only $3 for me to wash my small loads in the small washers. Then to dry they enforce paying $2.85 for only 30 minutes and my small load of clothes still wasn't completely dry, but when I'm at other certain laundromats they choose to let You CHOOSE how many quarters that you need or desire to put in their dryers and I can put in $1.25 on high setting and all of my clothes are completely dry. You See what I'm saying???? So of course I won't be coming back to this particular laundromat because even though it's upscale and very nice looking the pricing just to wash and dry clothes is very bad and a high way robbery of your finances, Smh......
