They have deals during the week which is convenient especially when no one has time to anymore. The staff is super friendly and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. Also you didn’t hear this from me but you can buy a laundry bag and get a free next time or just by signing up on facebook

Speed Queen is amazing, the efficiency of the machines, the greeting of the customers, the setup and the location, the cleanliness of my clothes and the whole place, the attendance to the customers who need assistance and the overall care by Lus creates an atmosphere where l will always go to and recommend to everybody l talk to.

Unfortunately, I was told that the free wash is only for new customers. I asked why I would receive this promo if I wasn't a new customer? I already paid on my first visit and wanted to use this one free wash. The rep had no clue and said too bad. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I will never come here again and I will be sure to let others know to ho elsewhere. I really wanted to like this place but to be so stingy over a free promo wash AND give a terrible explanation is not worth my business. Very nice facility but it is not Speed Queen. It is a different business at this location and they do not use the speed queen app when you go to the associated website. Makes sense since it is a different business. With that said, I was a little confused and received mediocre service. I also thought that the price was a bit steep, but it seems you are paying more for the nice facility. Overall, it was fine, but it is not the business that is listed here ( I don't recall the name of the actual business).
