Moving is one of those strange moments in life when you discover you own far more things than you ever planned. Apparently I do.
The online reservation was effortless and by the time I arrived everything was ready. Mrs. Bertha even called to welcome me, which felt surprisingly personal in a world where most businesses hope you figure everything out yourself.
They left a brand new lock for me, every gate code worked exactly as it should, and getting in and out was simple. That is a beautiful thing when you are carrying boxes in this Georgia heat.
The introductory special gave me plenty of space for everything I needed and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. I still have a mountain of things to bring over, so I will be making several more trips. Oddly enough I am actually looking forward to coming back.
Five stars. Sometimes the little things simply work, and that is worth appreciating.
