  ⭐️ **1 STAR — Extremely Frustrating Experience** I am extremely frustrated with my experience with this storage facility. Every time I try to go into the office, it is closed. When I call, nobody answers and I’m sent to the call center. I usually have to call 2–3 times just to actually get someone at the facility. I paid for July, and we are still in August. I understand that I have an outstanding balance, but I have been actively trying to communicate and make a payment. I am already being told my belongings could be placed up for auction, which feels extremely aggressive given the circumstances. Yesterday, I spoke with Jordan for about 30 minutes. She told me she understood my situation, said she did not want to see me lose my belongings, and told me she would speak with her manager and call me back. She also specifically told me that partial payments could be made in person with a physical card. She never called me back. When I called today, I was suddenly told that the manager did not approve it, and when I questioned why I couldn't simply come in and make the partial payment I was previously told was allowed, I received a completely different explanation. That is what frustrates me the most. **I am trying to pay. I am trying to communicate. I am trying to find a solution.** I should not have to chase down employees just to get consistent information about my own belongings. As a Black woman, this experience has also made me question whether I am being treated fairly, especially given how difficult it has been to get anyone to work with me. I would really like someone from corporate to review this situation and contact me directly. I have been trying to resolve this, and I feel like I am being given the runaround instead of being given a clear path forward. **If you value communication and customer service, I would seriously reconsider storing your belongings here.**
