- CCChase CarlsonMay 9, 20261.0Ordered a Blackstone Grill/Pellet Smoker/Griddle combo back in March from this location. Delivery was delayed until April. April comes and I get an email an hour before delivery that the grill is unavailable and now won’t be delivered until May. Today is May 9th, and I just got an email from Lowe’s an hour before delivery that the grill is still unavailable, and now won’t be delivered until June 6th. I cancelled my order and there’s no guarantee I will ever get my money back, as they told me there’s no communication that will be sent to me that any cancellations receive a confirmation email. So after almost spending $2000 on a grill, I am sure this will turn into a situation where I am going to have to dispute the entire charge with my credit card company. Unbelievable, I will never be ordering anything from Lowe’s ever again.

When I asked others in the store where the folding chairs were, they just pointed, resulting in my not being able to locate, until I heard an enthusiastic 'can I help you?' from Devante. Not only did he walk me to what I was looking for, he offered to carry it to my vehicle ☺️. After helping me, I noticed him providing the same welcoming service to someone else, consistency at its best - JOB WELL DONE Devante!!!

No showed up or call to let us know what is going on and why no one is here booking our stuff up I will never buy anything from here again this freaking ridiculous

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
