- LCLaKeia King CarterJun 2, 20261.0Subject: Frustrating checkout experience and poor store management I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the checkout process at this location. I spent a total of 30 minutes in line today due to a lack of clarity and poor customer service. The primary issue is the signage for the refund/exchange line, which is positioned backwards. As a result, it is impossible for customers waiting in that line to see that they are not in the standard checkout queue. I witnessed at least 25 other people get stuck in this line, clearly unaware they were in the wrong place. After waiting 15 minutes, another register finally opened. When I attempted to move to that line after the customer in front of me was called over, the cashier dismissively told me I had "gotten out of line" and insisted the other customer go ahead, despite the fact that I had been waiting in the store for twice as long. The staff showed a complete lack of regard for the time of their customers, and when I requested to speak with a manager, I was told they were on break and I would have to wait even longer. It is highly unprofessional to have confusing store signage and then penalize customers (by waisting their time for the resulting chaos) I hope management addresses the sign placement and trains their staff to value the time of the people shopping in their store. I will be hesitant to return to this location.
