  Very professional, friendly, and informative. They arrived and did a walk thru, Very efficient, and let us know every step that was being taken to clean our carpets. He was upfront about the size of the bedrooms that are included in the pricing, so I was not unpleasantly surprised by additional costs associated with having larger than normal bedrooms. I will definitely use again.

  ‘Complete Carpet Care Services’ came to our home in Douglasville this morning, and cleaned three rooms of carpet, and two big area rugs. They did an absolutely outstanding job. Very reasonable price, great value, very customer service oriented, and we couldn’t be more pleased. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing those services! Thank you Mark!

  Mark is always punctual and I have used him several times and will continue to utilize his services for my carpet cleaning. The prices are fair and he is efficient at what he does.

  I hired them for carpet cleaning and stain removal. During the phone call, the office manager assured me that the stains would come off and that they provided excellent service. However, they oversold the stain removal service, essentially upselling it. I reached out to them multiple times via email and phone, but my messages went unanswered. The technician who was supposed to call me also didn’t call.

  They were amazing!! My carpet and sectional were a mess! Mark and team were professional and personable. I was very happy with the job. Will be using them to maintain. I highly recommend.
