  Today, I had an issue with my pool and called Brown’s Pools & Spas for help. I was fortunate enough to speak with Harold, and after my experience, I think they might need to rename the place Harold’s Pools & Spas! From the moment I explained what was going on, Harold was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m definitely not a pool expert, but Harold never made me feel rushed or like I should already know what I was doing. He patiently spent about 30 minutes walking me through everything step by step until we were able to fix the problem. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Harold went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful that he took the time to share his expertise and help me get everything working again. Thank you again, Harold! Your patience, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Brown’s Pools & Spas is lucky to have you!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Brown’s Pool & Spa! We actually started by purchasing a Bullfrog Spa, and the experience was so positive that we decided to keep going and create the backyard oasis we’d always wanted. That’s when we came back to Brown’s for our saltwater vinyl pool with a gas heater, and we’re so glad we did. From the very beginning, Vince, Pricilla, and the entire team made everything easy. They walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated along the way. Building a pool is a big investment, but they made the whole experience feel stress-free. The quality of their work is excellent, and we absolutely love the finished result. Our backyard has become our favorite place to relax, entertain, and make memories with family and friends. What really sets Brown’s Pool & Spa apart is their customer service. Vince, Pricilla, and the team truly care about their customers, and it shows in everything they do. If you’re considering a spa, a pool, or both, I can’t recommend Brown’s Pool & Spa enough. We trusted them with our backyard dream, and they exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Thank you for helping us create a space we’ll enjoy for years to come!

  We ordered linner replacement for our pool the first week in June. The installation was completed in less than 4 weeks from the time the linner was ordered. Every aspect was handled excellent from the time we were given a quote from Jim Rogers, the scheduling by Fran and the superb installation by Chico and his crew. Everyone we delt with at Brown Pools was professional, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. Our total experience was excellent. We will definitely continue using Brown Pools for our pool needs.

  Management and staff were great to work with. Made sure we understood the entire process and worked worked with us every step of the way. Everything stayed on schedule (weather-permitting), and most importantly, the pool is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned!

  We had a great experience with Brown’s Pools! From the very beginning, Vince was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. The whole team did an amazing job, and we’re so happy with how our vinyl pool turned out. They kept us updated, worked hard, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
