- HTHakeem Turner6 days ago1.0My wife bought a washer and dryer from this establishment. They called several times trying to get repeat business so we decided to look at a living room set. Went in Tuesday 9-29-26 and seen a pre-owned sectional we liked priced at $895. An associate named Terricka called me again today (10-1-26) while we were at work and I told her which set we wanted. Went in after we got off from work and the price had been changed to $1495. That's just ridiculous. I wish I had taken a picture while we were there previously but I didn't expect to be swindled since we were repeat customers. We will never be back.

She was awesome very professional very nice. Very great customer service if she stays with this company, I see her going forward. I wish all young people had her mentality attitude in view for the customer. If I can keep dealing with her, I will continue to do business with these people. She has a great career ahead of her.

I placed my order online and it took nearly a month to get it and when I did get it they was supposed to credit my account never did well I didn't make a big deal of it but then 3 months into my loan myself and my 2 daughters caught covid and was very sick this being said I was on quarantine and unable to go pick up my check to get it cashed to pay bills and my payments was due so I communicated with the store let them know my situation that as soon as I was well I would pay my payment and the person I spoke with said ok he would notated my account well being sick not feeling good and hardly able to speak they continued to call about my payment daily even came by my house while my family was in quarantine to pick up my appliance I was now sick and stressed and irritated beyond words I thought to myself this place these people how could they be so cruel to do such to my family at this time who does this! I have never been so disrespected in my life. I am going to file a complaint with corporate let them know what kind of people they have representing their company .II have paid off everything i ever purchased from aarons stores but at this point I would rather get my money back to take my business else where!

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
