  I had the ABSOLUTE BEST TIME at the Back to School event!!! I even won one of the rounds of BINGO!!! 🥰🥰🥰. It is always such a pleasant experience whenever I come in! The Attendants are always attentive and kind!!! Speed Queen Laundry Candler Rd. is DEFINITELY “A Better Place To Do Your Laundry!!! 💕

  Easily the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Especially Miss Angela. It’s always clean and the machines seem to be well maintained. Any time I’ve had a problem they’ve been able to fix it for me quickly. Best possible laundromat experience.

  I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years, and I want to start by saying that I’ve always appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and, for the most part, the pleasant staff. That’s why my experience this morning was especially disappointing. I arrived around 5:45 AM, knowing that the laundromat is a 24-hour facility. When I walked in, the chairs were all up and the young man working was preparing to mop. I completely understand and appreciate the fact that he was cleaning—the building should absolutely be kept clean. However, the way he interacted with me was unnecessary and came across as very rude and dismissive. I greeted him and made a friendly comment about it being a good time to come in. Instead of responding courteously, he abruptly asked, “Which washer are you using?” I explained which washer I was using and that I was simply going to put my clothes in the washer and return to my car. There’s nothing wrong with cleaning the facility, but cleaning the building should never come at the expense of customer service. A simple “Good morning,” or “I’m about to mop, but you’re welcome to use the machines,” would have handled the situation completely differently. I’m not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, especially for a business I’ve supported for years. But I believe constructive criticism is important. You never know who you’re speaking to, and you never know how one interaction can affect a loyal customer’s experience. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to remind staff that professionalism, courtesy, and respect should be extended to every customer—even during the early morning hours. I still appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and my many years of good experiences here. I just hope this morning was an isolated incident and that future customers receive the level of customer service this business has provided me in the past.

She has such a kind and genuine spirit, and her positive attitude truly stood out. She even took the time to give me a flyer about an upcoming community event so I could help share it with others, which shows how much she cares about serving the community.
