Welp sad to have to come back not even with in 1 months expand and leave a bad review for this but something must be said. Today at 3:10-3:14 I had a bad experience with an employee here at the location. Which is really shocking. The young apparently didn’t want to seem to be helpful, things started off great I mean she greeted me & told me where the restaurant was. After finding the restaurant I noticed it was locked which was kind of funny because I believe she would’ve known if it was locked or not. She had to come unlock it & gave me access to use the restroom. After visiting my unit I had to wash my hand due to dusty boxes and asked to use the restroom again. I kindly knocked on the door and got her attention. After she noticed me I signaled that I wanted to wash my hands that why she could grab the key & not walk back to her desk. The lady obviously misunderstood me and my signal & took it very inappropriately and demanded that I say please, me who’s humble said yes please Because I had no intention on being rude. Once lady came to the door I asked her politely what her name was & of course she didn’t give it & proceeded to lie and say oh looks like I don’t have the key to the restroom and told me that aldi is open until 10 indicating that I need to go across the street and use the restroom instead of using it where I paid for a unit.
I will be reaching out tomorrow for the young lady’s name & reaching out to corporate.

Lucy, was a very pleasant associate of Extra Space Storage. Very humble kind woman. After not knowing which option was best to store my furniture, Lucy showed me some options as well as gave advice to how to pack the unit according to the picture I showed her. She also went above and beyond by listening to my current situation and gave some wonderful suggestions & inspired me to change my perspective. Although I didn’t reserve a unit from my first visit, I definitely went back to her location because of her hospitality & expertise. Thank you Lucy.
I would recommend this location for person in the surrounding area, pricing is fair, very secured, clean & top notch security measures.

From the moment I walked in there was a black lady and black gentleman who was absolutely AMAZING! She made sure I had absolutely EVERYTHING I need. From the code, to telling me where the bathroom is located, to showing me the carts, and where my lock was located. She knew exactly where my storage unit was located before even taking me where it was located. She also had the office smelling clean and AMAZING! The gentleman worked as a team with the lady whom I believe starts with a T, and had the storage common areas smelling so good! Thank you so much!
