I've had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage on Covington Highway, and I want to give a special thank you to Ben. He is always friendly, professional, and, most importantly, a man of his word. It's rare to find someone who genuinely works with customers and follows through on what they promise, but Ben does exactly that.
I've had my belongings stored at this location for over four months and have had absolutely zero problems. The property has been clean, secure, and well-managed throughout my time here. Because of the outstanding customer service and positive experience I've had, I plan to continue storing my items at this location for the foreseeable future.
Thank you, Ben, for making the entire process easy and stress-free. Your professionalism and dedication to your customers are truly appreciated!

This is my honest review of Ben Rapsis who happens to be the store manager in Decatur Georgia of extra space storage. I went in for a rental signing and met Ben. well base on what I was told over the phone by someone else there were discrepancies. Ben and I had a conversation about those discrepancies . He listen to my concerns and his response was I understand. So Ben immediately began to try without making any promises correct the concerns that I had and within a few hours called me and through his efforts found a solution to the issue. This is what excellent service look’s like. I wasn’t being unreasonable in my concerns and Ben again understood. He being Ben just did what he felt was the right thing to do concerning the matter. In my opinion this is a guy who knows what customer service is and what it looks like . This issue wasn’t something that he created but it was something that he as a representative of Extra space storage took on the responsibility to try and solve. AND HE DID! Thank you again Ben for your Help in making this interaction a positive one.

First off, Extra Space Storage has always been my fave hands down… but new experience; so I walked in to get my keys and everything to move in and I was greeted by Ben the property manager who called me by my first name the entire time that shows respect but he also hit me with another great reason to love ESS…I didn’t have to wait for the office to open for my keys…boom…try them!
