Alex is very friendly with awesome customer service and he took great care of us! He was very informative and very efficient. We were having trouble getting into out storage unit, and while Alex was driving by, he stopped and showed us how to open the unit and even swept it out again to make sure it was good to go for us! Overall best customer service experience I have ever had and I greatly appreciate it!

I chose extra space because I had bought purchased a unit from them and I like the space and I like the fact that they had the cart for us to use. This extra space extra space don’t have nothing no carts I couldn’t get in the door door locked. I went to the front office and no one was there. I called the number she answered she said no we don’t have no carts like I don’t. I don’t like that.
