I had a great experience with Tyson. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and remained patient despite the many system glitches we encountered. I was honestly ready to request a refund because of the issues, but Tyson stayed on the phone until everything was resolved. He even followed up afterward and was responsive to my emails. His dedication, professionalism, and excellent customer service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. Tyson is a tremendous asset to Extra Space Storage, and I truly appreciate all of his help.
