  I love this laundromat! Whenever I have comforters, quilts, or other bedding that’s too large for my washing machine at home, this is my go-to place. They make the whole process so quick and easy, and everything comes out clean, fresh, and looking great. The customer service is exceptional. Rosa and Mary are always so friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a clean, efficient laundromat with wonderful people who truly care, I highly recommend this place!

  Was disappointed this night as my washer gave out at home. I remembered I use to use this facility for a long time before and always had a pleasant experience years ago. I asked my husband to take our unfinished laundry to the location and to more of our disappointment, an employee asked my husband what he was doing as he started the wash. She told my husband the last wash was at 10 p.m despite google and the sign at the establishment saying closing was 12 a.m.. She made my husband take out the washing and leave. The time was 11 p.m.

  We found speed queen after moving from upstate South Carolina to Dalton Georgia. We ordered a washer and dryer but it hasn’t arrived yet. We went in late one night and washed our own laundry which was amazing! The facility is so clean, the washers and dryers very well maintained and the staff was so helpful. About a week later after unpacking we had several and I mean several big blankets we used to wrap breakables in that needed washed. We decided to use their next day service as we were on a time crunch that day. Amy at speed queen helped us that day and she was absolutely amazing. We opted for the next day service as we were not sure if we would make it back for same-day pick up much to our surprise. Service was very fast just as their name states speedy speed queen! We were able to pick up our laundry that very afternoon. We have come back several times since and either done next day pick up or wash your own laundry all with the same outcome beautiful clean, fresh smelling clothes. We especially love their drop off service as we do not have to sit there and wash dry and fold our laundry. It is all done for us and is all very neat and tidy, and there is not one lick of lint. Our clothes feel and smell absolutely amazing after dropping them off even more so than when we do it ourselves! At this point, we are still waiting on our washer and dryer to be delivered and I honestly am not upset that we are using speed queen’s laundry service. It’s definitely worth trying. We absolutely love it, and will definitely be using them in the future even once our laundry equipment is delivered.
