I didn’t realize they changed the hours, I’ve been washing my clothes here for years . I always thought this place was 24 hours. I can tell the people here really hate their job and probably want to leave, I get it but dang . Hurt my feelings , yelling at me and making me feel stupid . lol I wouldn’t even give this place one start the night staff here .

I normally never use laundromats, but with a family of six, a broken washing machine, and big items like comforters and blankets to wash, this place was exactly what we needed. The machines are clean, smell fresh, and I’m so glad Dalton has such a great option!

The money breaker is not gotten any money in it on Wednesday because when they take the money out the person that is in charge. Of exchanging the money out doesn't replace the money breaker with money until Thursday So I'M LETTING YOU KNOW AGAIN IT'S DEFINITELY NOT CRYSTAL'S FAULT THAT THIS IS HAPPENING. IT'S POOR MANAGEMENT AND IT'S ALL MANAGEMENT'S FAULT FOR NOT REFILLING THE MONEY BREAKER ON WEDNESDAY!!! SHANNON A VALUED CUSTOMER!!!!

The facility is exceptionally clean, well organized, and very well maintained. All of the machines were in excellent working condition, which makes doing laundry much easier and more convenient. I also want to give special recognition to Samantha. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really make a difference and create a welcoming atmosphere. The waiting area is another great feature. It is clean, comfortable, and provides a pleasant place to relax while your laundry is being done. Overall, this is exactly what you want from a laundromat: clean facilities, reliable machines, excellent customer service, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend Speed Queen and will definitely be returning. 👏🧺
