Last Week I Went To Lowes!! I Was Very Upset Bc My Phone Fell Off My Cart...I ASKED Several People For Help And Even Received A Response I Could Not Tolerate From Your Supervisor...Sorry I Just Got Here..I Can't Help!! I Was Shocked At Her Evil Response At The Main Cashier Area!! Then, 15 Min. Later, I Found A Young Man With Light Brown Hair In That Same Area, About 5'5, With A Calm Even Voice And Demeanor.. He Was Kind And Aware Enough To Assist Me By Simply Following Me And Calling My Phone And Luckily Someone In The Store Had Found It!! They Came To The Front And Gave Me My Phone!!! He Was A Normal Very Kind Person -- Thanks For Employing Him Bc Most Didn't Have A Clue How To Assist Me BUT HE WAS RIGHT IN THE MIND!!!

The saw is always down, nobody offers to help. I usually end up going all the way to Home Depot because I can never get what I need at Lowe's. If I walk in to get wood and some other things , but the saw is down and I can't get the wood cut , I'm leaving everything and going elsewhere.

Went to store two hours after ordering and was told by customer service there are 20+ orders still ahead of mine. There was no one there waiting ahead of me, and she said they can’t pull the order until the other people come to get the ones ahead of mine. They just lost a $350 order.

I Bought a whole kitchen set. ( Refridgerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher ). I've had to call to get everything done. From making sure the appliances was getting delivered to the installation. No body ever calls you back or knows who to talk to. The dishwasher was damaged and I had to call multiple times to see if they had a new dishwasher and had to re-call 3 times to see when the installation was going to take place. NOBODY CARES, as long as it's not them in this position. I'll never ever buy again from here. I just PRAY I can get my new dishwasher back and installed in a week. I really dislike everything about this place. I do realize i'm talking to people who don't care but I feel better and maybe i'll save someone else the headache. Take care.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
