  My heating element went bad. Charged me 600 bucks to replace it. They didn’t order a new one instead they got one sitting in the back of their warehouse for who knows how long. 32 days later it broke again and they won’t refund or replace without me paying another $600 again. They won’t even come out and take a look without a trip charge. They are thieves. Plenty of other honest repair companies out there.

  I bought a new gas oven and new dishwasher from Lowes. I thought it would be easy to purchase, deliver, and install. The Lowes install person looked at the oven, said "there is no cutoff valve for the gas, I can't do it." He then looked at dishwasher said "that counter is sitting right on the dishwasher and that wiring is not up to code" I contacted a plumber for the gas. He was here maybe 5 minutes total. Asked if there was a basement beneath, wallked down, cut off the gas with the valve. Electrician comes, looks at the wiring, say "There is nothing wrong with the wiring" Called Langford, came and did an excellent, professional job. Use the pros!

  Don’t state their service call rates up front and want to charge double for parts. Don’t do business here

  Overpriced. I reached out to Langford to get a quote on a certain part. I decided to shop around and see if I could get a better price. Glad I did, I saved over $200. Don't waste your time going there.
