- MMMarkSep 21, 20261.0Bought home with large pool in Rockmart. I called Brown’s Pools in Dallas four times in September wanting to start weekly pool maintenance. No one answered the phone. Called four different times in a 7 day period and left messages three times with a “Mandy” in pool maintenance department. They never called me back. Went with another company in Dallas. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.
- MBMel BSep 11, 20261.0Terrible! All I can say is terrible. Spent thousands of dollars with this company for nothing. Pool still remained filthy and full of algae. These people have no compassion to try and fix your issue. Just care about ripping you off and keeping you in the dark about fixing your problem. Mandy was absolutely no help resolving my issue. In store team is just as bad. All they care about is charging you more and more and more and more and more........with no resolution.
- WJWanda JacksonJul 23, 20265.0Excellent Service, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Would definitely recommend purchasing a spa from this company. Anthony and staff provided superb service from the purchase to the install.
- DWDeborah WilsonJul 4, 20265.0My experience with Brown Pools from getting a quote to the final installation was excellent. We had the linner in our pool and the main drain replaced. Everyone from sales, scheduling and installation was honest, knowledgeable and all did an awesome job. The measurements for the linner were so exact that the linner fit like a glove before filling the pool with water. The time frame from ordering the linner to completion was great
