  Had a small 5x5 I believe. Worked well for us since we only needed it for a few months. Staff was great at the location. Thank you for the time we were there.

  Found a rat in my new unit in one of my totes after moving units because the Bluetooth lock would not work every time I went up there. I moved out and left the tote with the rat in it because they keep the lock on the dumpster and there was no one in the office to speak to. They are threatening to charge me for a full month when I moved out because of ONE TOTE that a rat tore up, with no way to throw it away. Then they said they will send it to collections. Do not recommend if you don’t want rats tearing up your stuff and be charged for a whole month after you moved out! Constant problems. Never in office, never answer the phone, RATS IN THE UNITS!!!

  ⭐ 1/5 I rented and paid for a vehicle parking space at Extra Space Storage and was charged immediately for the first 30 days. When I arrived shortly before closing, no employee was present and my gate access was restricted. I called multiple numbers for more than an hour before reaching anyone, so I temporarily left my vehicle in the guest-parking area. I called the store the following morning but received no answer. The store manager, Brett, later returned my call and told me that proof of automobile insurance and vehicle registration were required for gate access. I immediately emailed the insurance documentation and explained that the registration was inside the vehicle’s glove compartment. I specifically asked whether I could come during my lunch break the following day, provide the registration in person, and then move the vehicle into my assigned space. Brett told me that, as long as the vehicle was in a parking space of some kind, it would be fine. When I arrived during lunch the next day, my vehicle was gone and Brett was not initially in the office. I used the kiosk to contact a virtual attendant, who provided Brett’s direct number. Brett did not answer, but his assistant told me he would get back to me and could not provide a timeframe. Brett then entered the office. When I asked where my vehicle was, he told me it had been towed that morning because he did not know whose vehicle it was. I reminded him of our conversation and that my license-plate information had been provided during registration. He nevertheless told me that the vehicle was at the towing company and that I would have to retrieve it and pay the towing charges myself. After I left the store, I received notice that my rental agreement had been canceled. Based on my experience, I paid for a parking space, followed the manager’s instructions regarding documentation and temporary parking, and then had my vehicle towed before the time we had discussed for me to return with the registration. I am requesting reimbursement for the towing and related charges, a refund of any unused rental fees, and reasonable compensation for the inconvenience, time spent resolving the issue, and disruption caused by the towing and cancellation of my rental agreement.
