I love the digital access. I did everything online so I haven't encountered anyone in the office. I will say the price increases are ridiculous. For a 10x10 indoor, climate controlled unit my rate started at $135 a month. After 3 months that increased to $215 a month for about 7 months, and has now increased to $237 a month. Compared to other Extra Space Storage locations, that price is insanely high. I felt like I was being punished the longer I stayed a customer. I'm moving to another location this month and the rate even BEFORE their current discount/promotion for July 4th is 50% lower than what I have been paying.
