- WBWes BennettMay 1, 20261.0I guess they are too busy. That was the impression that I got working with them. I just bought a house with a pool, first time owner, and needed help understanding it. I thought by hiring a service provider they would give me some guidance but the notes they left were vague and not directly helpful. No one reached out to explain. They did send out technicians who cleaned my filter and the technician said that he would contact Aqualink to get my wireless controller reset, never did. I had an algae bloom that I couldn't get under control due to some pump issues (not their fault) but they did not take the time to really give me a plan to remedy it. I went to the office twice asking questions. The lady was rude, snarky, and wanted to get me out of there because they were "very busy this time of year" (I was the only one in there). Ultimately, the more patient and helpful service provider was ChatGPT. Now I'm managing my own pool. Edit: I discovered by my own troubleshooting that my pool had depreciated parts and required several replacements to work properly. A professional service provider should have identified these immediately but instead the visits I paid for just brushed the sides and put in chlorine tablets rather than investigate the root problem. This is their loss because when I first bought the house I was willing to pay them to fix all of this but because they frustrated me so much I took it upon myself and was ultimately successful. I will keep my review at one star, rather than wish for it to be zero, simply because their poor service encourage me to learn.
